Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Trackgraphic is operated by SME Home Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

We collect and process customer information as necessary to fulfill orders, process payments, provide customer support, and operate our online store, as further described in this Privacy Policy. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use analytics, advertising or marketing trackers.

What we collect

• Orders: your email, shipping name and address, what you ordered, and your design choices (colors, options, custom details).
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only the payment status and basic details such as the card brand.
• Accounts: if you sign up, your name, email and sign-in details, managed by our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Track requests and messages: what you send us through the request form or by email.
• Email list: if you sign up for deals and new tracks, your email, when and where you signed up, and your welcome code.
• Approximate location: we look up the rough city or country for your IP address on our own server to show nearby tracks first. We don't store it.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting providers keep short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To make, ship and support your order, and to send order confirmations and status updates.
• To run your account and let you see your past orders.
• To reply to your messages and let you know when a track you requested is added.
• If you join our email list, to send you sales, promo codes and new tracks.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

We email you about your orders and requests, and about deals and new tracks only if you sign up and confirm your email. Every list email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also turn it off under Email preferences in your account. You can stop status updates for an order with the link in any update email.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run the shop for us, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe (payments)
• Clerk (accounts and sign-in)
• Resend (order, status and email list emails)
• Railway, Neon and Cloudflare (hosting, database, photo storage and email routing)
• Shipping carriers (your name and address, to deliver your order)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is ever sold, customer records would transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies and local storage

We use only what the site needs to work: sign-in cookies from Clerk, Stripe's cookies during checkout, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart, your design choices and your shipping country. We also set one cookie of our own that remembers, for 30 days, which site or link first brought you here (for example Instagram or Google). If you order or join our email list, that source is saved with the order or signup, so we can see which links people actually use. It isn't shared or used for advertising. We don't use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, warranty, tax and accounting purposes, generally up to seven years. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Track requests are kept until the track is added or the request is closed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have additional rights, such as to object to or restrict certain uses, or to complain to your local data protection authority. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. We don't sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising.

International customers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers store data in the US. By ordering from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
