Shipping & Returns

Made to order

Everything we sell is made when you order it, so production times vary by product:

• Vinyl decals usually ship within 3–5 business days. Color-matched decals can take a little longer.
• Custom apparel depends on the availability of blank garments and materials from our suppliers, so its production time varies. We'll let you know if your order will take longer than expected.

Orders with both ship together when everything is ready. You'll get an email when your order ships, and you can check its status anytime under My orders.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate by destination, shown in your cart before checkout:

Each extra decal or apparel item adds a small amount, and up to five decals ship free with any apparel order. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; those are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it for the cost of shipping.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or never arrives, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo if it's damaged. We'll remake and reship it, or refund you, at no cost.

Returns

Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including for the wrong size or color chosen. Please check sizes and options before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first and we'll help.

Decals can't be returned once applied. Personalized and custom items (custom colors, color matches, individual designs) are final sale except for defects.

Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into production; after that it can't be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
