Trackgraphic is an automotive-inspired apparel and merchandise brand operated by SME Home Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas, United States.

All purchases made through this website are transactions with SME Home Solutions LLC, doing business as Trackgraphic.

References to “Trackgraphic,” “we,” “us,” or “our” throughout these Terms & Conditions refer to SME Home Solutions LLC, operating under the Trackgraphic trade name.

Agreement

By using trackgraphic.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping & Returns policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown in your cart, with shipping, before you pay.
• Payment is processed by Stripe when you check out. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Made-to-order and custom products

Our products are made to order. Colors on screen are approximations: monitors and phones vary, and printed or cut materials can differ slightly from what you see. Color names, including those inspired by vehicle paint colors, describe our interpretation of a color, not an exact factory match.

When you choose custom colors, text or other details, you're responsible for checking them before you order. We make what you selected. See Shipping & Returns for cancellations, returns and what to do if something arrives damaged or wrong.

Decal use

Follow the application instructions and test on an inconspicuous area first. We aren't responsible for damage to paint, wraps, glass or other surfaces from applying or removing decals, or for compliance with local laws about vehicle markings and window coverings.

Trademarks and affiliation

Track names, vehicle makes, models and color names are used only to describe our products and belong to their respective owners. Trackgraphic is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any racetrack, vehicle manufacturer or racing series unless we say so.

Our content

The track map artwork, designs, photos and text on this site are owned by Trackgraphic or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its artwork.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account sign-in secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site, including the track request form.

Usernames and posts

Usernames are approved conditionally. We review them, and we may change, remove or reclaim any username at any time, without notice, if we find it offensive, misleading, impersonating a person, brand or business, or otherwise inappropriate. Some names are reserved, and a business may request its name be released to its representative. Choosing a username doesn't give you any ownership of or rights to it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” except as stated in these terms and our Shipping & Returns policy. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
